what you'll need

Big Al’s Flame Cooked 6oz Beef Burger
Deli Delicious Brioche Bun
2 slices Back Bacon
10g diced white onion
10g Gem Lettuce
1 slice Beef tomato
15g tomato relish
1 slice Cheddar

what to do

Cook patty as per packaging.
Cook bacon on baking parchment in oven for 20 minutes until it gets a nice color.
Toast the burger bun.
Spread the relish evenly on both buns.
Add lettuce to the bottom bun.
Place the cheddar and onion on the patty at the last minute of the cooking to melt it, and place the patty on the lettuce.
Top the patty with bacon and add top bun.

Deli Delicious Brioche Bun
15g Tomato Relish
2 slices Back Bacon
1 slice Beef Tomato
10g Gem Lettuce
15g Mayonnaise
1 slice Cheddar

what to do

Cook patty as per packaging.
Cook bacon on baking parchment in a 180C fan oven for 20 mins, turning halfway through.
Toast the bun.
Spread the relish on one and mayonnaise on the other bun.
Add tomato lettuce to the bottom bun.
Place the cheddar on the patty and place the patty on the lettuce.
Top the patty with bacon and add top bun.

15g Tomato Relish
2 slices Back Bacon
2 Beer Batter Onion Ring
10g Gem Lettuce
15g Mayonnaise
1 slice Cheddar

what to do

Cook patty as per packaging.
Cook bacon on baking parchment in oven for 20 minutes until it gets a nice color.
Toast the Burger bun.
Cook the 2 onion rings as per packaging.
Spread the mayonnaise evenly on bottom buns, and relish on top bun.
Add the lettuce to the bottom bun.
Place the cheddar on the patty at the last minute of the cooking to melt it, and place the patty on the lettuce.
Top the patty with bacon and the onion ring and add top bun.
