what you'll need
- Big Al’s Lightly Dusted Chicken Wings
- Korean BBQ Sauce
- Salt n'Chilli Seasoning
- Honey Glaze
- Lemon Pepper Sauce
- Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Buffalo Hot Sauce
what to do
For a 150g serving of wings, 25g of sauce and 10g of seasoning is recommended, or apply to taste.
- Cook the wings as per instructions on pack. For best results use the fryer. Ensure core temp is above 72°C.
- For each sauce/seasoning variant, place a number of cooked wings in different bowls and apply the required amount of sauce/seasoning
- Toss the wings in the sauce/seasoning until well coated and evenly covered
- Serve with additional sauce/seasoning if required
