  2. Drain well and rest on kitchen paper.
  3. Butter the roll and toast until golden brown.
  4. Spread both sides with burger sauce, add the slices of tomato (don’t forget to season!!)
  5. Add the shredded iceberg and the pickles
  6. Add 6-8 pieces of Big Al’s Karaage Chicken.
