what to do

  1. Cook patties as per packaging.
  2. Cut the bap in half & toast (optional in a pan with butter).
  3. Fry the haggis in a pan until crispy & cooked through, set aside, fry the egg in the same pan and set aside.
  4. Deep fry the onion ring until golden & crispy.
  5. Add 1 patty, top with a cheese slice, then repeat with the other patty & cheese.
  6. Top with the Haggis disc, crispy onion ring and the fried egg.
  7. Add 1 tbsp of malt vinegar mayonnaise to the top bun and crown.
