what you'll need

4-5 Big Al's Chilli Tortilla Chicken Thigh Bites
1 Demi-Baguette
30g Chipotle Mayo
20g Shredded Lettuce

what to do

Method

Cook bites as per packaging instructions
Slice roll length-ways most of the way through
Spread half of the chipotle mayo evenly on the roll
Add the lettuce across the roll
Put the bites in the roll and drizzle the remaining mayo over the top
