Chicken Fillet Quesadilla

Mix it up with Chicken Fillet Quesadilla, all you need is our tasty fast fry chicken fillet, Deli Delicious 12” Ambient Tortilla Wrap and some toppings!

Big Al’s Fast Fry Breaded Chicken Fillets
Deli Delicious 12″ Ambient Tortilla Wrap
Grated cheese
Spring onions
Sweet chili sauce
Chopped peppers

what to do

Lightly warm the wrap on the griddle.
Cook as follows: Deep Fry. Pre heat oil until 180ºC. Place product from frozen and fry for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve.
Slice the chicken thinly and place in wrap.
Top with spring onion, peppers, and sweet chili sauce.
Fold over the wrap and toast on the griddle or panini grill until charred and cheese is melted.
Serve with a side of guacamole, sour cream and sweetcorn salsa.
