  1. Cook Big Al’s Deli Range Breaded Chicken Fillet as per packaging instructions.
  2. Layer the baguette with mayonnaise, lettuce and rainbow slaw.
  3. Place the chicken on top, add cheese and drizzle with jerk sauce.

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Place Big Al’s Hot n Spicy Chicken Fillets on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven for 20-22 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. Cook to a core temperature of 75°C

Fryer: Preheat oil to 180°C/360°F. Carefully place Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Fillets into the preheated oil and cook for 6½ mins– 7½ mins. Drain and serve. Cook to a core temperature of 75°C
