American BLT

For a winning build world-wide, you can’t go wrong with the American BLT. Big Al’s American Burger with melted cheddar, streaky bacon, lettuce, mayo and tomato ketchup in a seeded bun

  1. Lightly toast bun.
  2. Layer the mayo.
  3. Add some lettuce.
  4. ​​Cook​ ​as follows: Place​ ​the Big Al’s American Burger burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3 mins on the first side, then 2 5 mins on the second side OR until a core​ ​temperature of 75°C is reached.​
  5. Melt the cheddar on top.
  6. Add the onions.
  7. Place the bacon on top.
  8. Top off with ketchup on top.
