American BLT

For a winning build world-wide, you can’t go wrong with the American BLT. Big Al’s American Burger with melted cheddar, streaky bacon, lettuce, mayo and tomato ketchup in a seeded bun

what you'll need

Big Al’s American Burger 120x4oz
Seeded Bun
Mayo
Lettuce
Cheddar cheese slice
Fried onions
Ketchup
Streaky bacon

what to do

Lightly toast bun.
Layer the mayo.
Add some lettuce.
Cook as follows: Place the Big Al’s American Burger burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3 mins on the first side, then 2 5 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Melt the cheddar on top.
Add the onions.
Place the bacon on top.
Top off with ketchup on top.
