These 2oz Steakburgers are made with 100% fully traceable Irish grass-fed beef. Your customers will love the taste and trust in the goodness of the burger.
From restaurant to café, fast-food outlets to catering service, these burgers are versatile enough to work as a kids meal, double stack burger or hot snack. Big Al’s provides quality burger patties, consistent in weight, shape & size every time.
Cook on a Hotplate preheated to 190°C for 2 minutes on the first side, turn the product over and cook for a further 1½ minutes on the second side.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout , juices run clear and no pink meat remains, before serving.
