Big Al’s Giant Pork Hot Dogs are a great way to make the most of the Americana food trend, offering customers the option to trade up with this big eat hot dog.

Big Al’s Giant Pork Hot Dogs are fully cooked, skinless and made with 75% delicious Irish pork giving your customers a bigger hot dog with a really meaty texture. They taste great pre-loaded with crispy onions, ketchup, and mustard or given a gourmet upgrade with taco mince.
Cooking Time + Instructions
The below are guidelines only and you might need to adjust times to suit your appliance. Remove all packaging and ensure product is piping hot before serving

Microwave 800W: Place fully thawed hotdog onto a microwaveable plate and heat for 40 seconds on full power. Turn the product and heat for a further 40 seconds. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Boil: Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the frozen hotdog, reduce the heat slightly and simmer for 12 minutes. Drain and serve. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Deep Fry: Place frozen hotdog in hot oil 190˚C/375˚ F for 5 mins 30 secs. Drain and serve.
