Wing mania is on the rise and with Big Al’s Chicken Wings in stock, you can transform your food outlet into a go-to destination. Your customers love great food and they love new experiences. Big Al’s Fully Cooked Mesquite Wings deliver on both.
These fully cooked wings are flame-grilled giving them that delicious barbecued taste. They are easy to prepare, making them a speedy starter, a quick bar snack or the perfect addition to a party platter or main meal.
For best results, cook from frozen. Appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Adjust times to suit your appliance. Remove all packaging before cooking. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 190°C, place a portion of wings in the oil and cook for 6 minutes.
Combi Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C. Evenly place chicken wings on a baking tray and cook for 15 mins.
Microwave: Remove all packaging and evenly place a portion (approx. 6) on a non-metallic plate.
1000W – Heat on full power for 4 mins
1900W – Heat on full power for 2 mins
Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.
