Pulled meats have been growing in popularity year on year, and Big Al’s delicious BBQ Pulled Pork gives you super-fast access to slow-cooked success. We’ve done all the slow-cooking, so you can serve up fast-selling dishes in minutes.

Big Al’s Pulled Pork Fillers are made with 75% Irish Pork in smokey BBQ sauce. Pre-portioned in pouches for cost and wastage control allowing you to quickly create deliciously profitable filled sandwiches or loaded fries. Simply heat in under a minute and serve.
Cooking Time + Instructions
Do not pierce the film. The Pulled Pork is packed in a self-venting pouch which is specially designed to heat the pork.

For best results cook from frozen. Appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Adjust times to suit you appliance

Microwave – Heat one portion at a time. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Take care when handling the heated pouch

1000W: Place the pouch in the microwave and cook on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds

1900W: Place the pouch in the microwave and cook on full power for 60 seconds

To Boil: Place the pouch in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 6 minutes 30 seconds, remove carefully with slotted spoon or tongs
