What you need…

Big Al’s Fast Fry Batter/Breaded or Southern Fried Chicken Fillet
Chopped Lettuce
Diced Onion
Sliced Tomato
Mayo
Seeded Bun

What you need to do…..

  1. To Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180’C. Place Big Al’s Fast Fry Batter/Breaded or Southern Fried Chicken Fillet carefully into the oil and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Toast your  bun, while your Chicken Fillet is cooking start to build your burger from the bottom up
