Gnarly Burger is a chain of restaurants and food truck based in Stockholm, Sweden. Gnarly Burger serves American street food and they have a pretty burger-tastic ethos. Their goal is to be not just any burger joint, but a sanctuary for burger lovers – and that’s something we at Kepak can enthusiastically get on board with!
Gnarly Burger is one of our relatively new customers here at Kepak Foodservice. This piece of new business launched in February 2020, with 3 restaurants across Stockholm and we’re delighted to confirm it’s been progressing well. Like most restaurants in Stockholm, Gnarly Burger remained open during COVID-19 and offered delivery services only through their Foodora App.
While we’re delighted to continue our progress in the Nordics, what makes our work with Gnarly Burger so exciting is that our Burgers with a Blend range feature on their dinner menus during weekday evenings and weekends. During COVID19, the burgers with a blend were made a consistent part of the delivery menu to great success from customers.
Our Blended Burgers product range is a recent innovation which saw us combine meat with vegetables in our burger pattys. This offers consumers a healthier menu option without having to compromise on taste or quality. These burgers offer an innovative menu solution to meet the demand of the fast-moving ‘flexitarian’ trend.

- “The Mushroom flavor adds great taste to the already great beef patty. The mushroom in the moo-shroom burger isn’t overwhelming like it could be in a typical vegetarian burger”
- “With the Mooshroom Burger you get the best of both worlds- it’s a great beef burger that is not only healthier but more environmentally sustainable.”
Beefroot Burger:
- “The beetroot and quinoa blended with the beef make up for a great, soft and chewy burger. The flavor was more exotic than I’m used to, but I was pleasantly surprised.”
