We use our Foodservice Centre of Excellence to interact and innovate with customers and suppliers and to ensure we are keeping ahead of the latest trends.

We regularly host training days and workshops on all aspects of the foodservice experience including branding, preparation, cooking, presentation and best of all, product tasting.

Our Burger Lab Centre of Excellence in Co. Monaghan is dedicated to all things burgers.

The Burger Lab provides an immersive experience where we explore new trends, taste exciting new flavour combinations and devise innovative ideas.

Located in Co. Meath, Kepak’s Farming Centre of Excellence is a working farm that prides itself on best farming practices.

The farm hosts regular knowledge transfer days and workshops with our farmer supply base and producer groups on topics such as herd health, sourcing policies, intake protocols, biosecurity, housing facilities, nutrition, sustainability, meeting market specification and best practice farm management.

Research trials on cattle performance are regularly carried out in conjunction with industry stakeholders.
