With over 50 years in the business, we understand the art of butchery and what is required to produce quality burgers. All our meat is sourced from Irish and British farmers that we know and trust to ensure only the best quality beef goes into our burgers every single time.

We never compromise on quality. With a rigid vendor management approval process and stringent surveillance of raw material specifications, we ensure only the best goes into our burgers. Our state-of-the-art IT traceability systems can trace the beef all the way back to the farms of origin. All finished burgers are subject to strict testing at various stages of the production process, with a burger from each batch cooked up and quality checked to ensure it meets our highest standards.

We have an array of burgers to suit all businesses and channels. We supply our burgers to some of the best-known QSR chains in the industry. We have purpose-built burger-manufacturing sites with the capability of producing over 1.5 million burgers a day. Our raw burger production site in Ballybay Co. Monaghan specialises in premium burger production while our site in Kirkham, UK, has the largest barbequing capability in Europe producing flame cooked burgers. Due to our vertical integration we have access to a variety of breeds and cuts of meat and have multiple burger plate sizes and formats.
