Pre-heat the oil to 180˚C/350˚F and cook the tenders for 4-5 minutes. Drain and Serve.
To Oven Cook from Frozen:
Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C/ 400˚F. Place Tenders on a flat baking tray on the centre of the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes turning half way through.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
