This behemoth of a burger will have jaws dropping. It’s packed full of 100% Prime Irish Beef. Beef that’s been raised right, grass-fed in Ireland and sourced from farmers we at Kepak know and trust. The meat is tender, juicy and full of flavour because we grind it fresh and use chuck and brisket. These prime beef cuts unlock the best burger action.
SIGNATURE CHARACTERISTICS
FLAVOUR: Prime cuts of chuck and brisket beef seasoned with smoked sea salt delivering a delicious smoked flavour. The patty contains 24% fat adding another level of flavour to the burger. This is kept consistent every time using our advanced production technology.
TEXTURE: The patty is made using our tender-form filling process, this gives the burger a looser bound, meaty texture.
VISUAL: A flower-shaped burger for a home-made appearance. Perforated with little holes to speed up cook time, giving customers a gourmet burger experience without the wait. Pair with a 5-inch buttery brioche for the perfect match.
For best results cook from frozen. Appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Adjust times to suit your appliance. Remove all packaging before cooking.
Cook on hotplate at 180°C – 200°C for 6 1/2 – 7 1/2 minutes, turning 2-3 times during cooking. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
