Karaage Chicken “Po’ Boy”

Southern Classic, Japanese Twist: Karaage Po’Boy Bliss!

what you'll need

Big Al’s Karaage Chicken Bites
1 Sub Roll/Baguette
30g Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
4-6 Tomato Slices
6 Sliced Ghirkins
20g Burger Sauce
5-10g Hot Sauce

what to do

Cook the Big Al’s Karaage Chicken according to packaging instructions
Drain well and rest on kitchen paper.
Butter the roll and toast until golden brown.
Spread both sides with burger sauce, add the slices of tomato (don’t forget to season!!)
Add the shredded iceberg and the pickles
Add 6-8 pieces of Big Al’s Karaage Chicken.
