what you'll need

2x Big Al’s Flame Cooked Beef Burger 2oz
Big Al’s Prime Burger
Malt Vinegar Mayonnaise
Battered Onion Ring
2 Orkney Cheddar Slices
Bap

what to do

Cook patties as per packaging.
Cut the bap in half & toast (optional in a pan with butter).
Fry the haggis in a pan until crispy & cooked through, set aside, fry the egg in the same pan and set aside.
Deep fry the onion ring until golden & crispy.
Add 1 patty, top with a cheese slice, then repeat with the other patty & cheese.
Top with the Haggis disc, crispy onion ring and the fried egg.
Add 1 tbsp of malt vinegar mayonnaise to the top bun and crown.
