what you'll need

Big Chicken Co. Steamed Chicken Fillets
1 wrap
10g shredded lettuce
10g sliced tomato

what to do

Prepare the Steamed Chicken Fillet as per packaging and slice it into stripes.
Spread mayo on the wrap.
Place the tomatoes, then lettuce on the wrap.
Top with the sliced fillet.
Fold the wrap and lightly toast on solid top/grill or dry pan until golden brown.

15g Cajun Mayonnaise
10g thinly sliced roasted peppers
10g shredded lettuce
10g diced tomato

To make mayo, mix 10g Cajun seasoning, 3 limes juiced with 100g mayonnaise.
Add mayo to the base of the wrap.
Place the peppers, then rocket on the wrap.
Top with the sliced fillet, and top with the diced tomato.
Fold the wrap and lightly toast on solid top/grill or dry pan until golden brown.
