what you'll need

Big Al’s Black Angus Burger
Deli Delicious Brioche Bun
2 slices Montreal jack
2 slices precooked streak bacon
15g Red pepper relish

what to do

Cook patty as per packaging.
Warm the bacon as per pack.
Toast bun places relish evenly over both buns.
Place cheese and then bacon on cooking patty, cover with bowl on the grill, and steam with dash of water.
Place the patty on the bottom bun, top with top bun.

2 slices Montreal jack
2 slices smoked streaky bacon
2 onion rings
15g Red pepper relish

what to do

Cook patty as per packaging.
To cook bacon, place on lined baking tray and cook for 15 minutes at 180C turning halfway through.
Cook onion rings as per packaging instructions.
Toast bun, spread the relish evenly over both buns.
Place cheese bacon on the patty while it is cooking, cover loosely until the cheese melts.
Place the patty on the bun top with the onion rings and serve.

Big Al’s Black Angus Burger

2 sliced smoked streaky bacon
2 slices Montreal jack
1 onion ring
15g red pepper relish
1 fried egg
10g sriracha

what to do

Cook patty as per packaging.
To cook bacon, place on a lined baking tray, and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Cook onion ring as per packaging.
Toast bun places relish on the bottom bun.
Place cheese and then bacon on cooking patty, cover with bowl on the grill, and steam with a dash of water.
To fry egg, place some oil on the hot plate, crack an egg on and cook until it is white, keep sunny side up.
Place the patty on the bottom bun, top with the onion ring, and then the egg.
Finish with the siracha and top bun.
