Big Al’s Greek Gyros

A traditional Greek Dish, with a tenders twist!

what to do

  1. Cook Big Al’s Chicken Tenders as per packaging instructions.
  2. Warm the pita bread, layer with tzatziki and lettuce then add the cooked chicken.
  3. Top with fries, diced tomato, slice cucumber and crumble feta cheese.

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C/ 400˚F. Place Tenders on a flat baking tray on the centre of the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes turning half way through.

Fryer: Pre-heat the oil to 180˚C/350˚F and cook the tenders for 4-5 minutes. Drain and Serve.
