Rosie’s Diner in Ballinrobe, owned by Declan Grimes won the fantastic prize of a Digital Menuboard package through Food Alliance in November 2019. This prize, worth €3,000 gave access to our in-house designer as well as full installation into his outlet.
Here’s what Declan, the owner of Rosie’s Diner had to say about winning the big prize.
“I won the Food Alliance prize for a Digital Menuboard package back in November 2019. Since the screens were installed, my meal deal sales have increased by as much as 15%! Plus our Prime burger sales almost doubled, while any sides sales also increased dramatically due to the addition of add on options, such as “Add 3 Tenders to Meal for €2.50” on the menu board.
